Although hollow, the earrings are substantial at almost 6 grams. The earrings are very large and bold. Each earring has scalloped edges like a batwing, or the filaments of a spiderweb. This gives the earrings a slightly spooky appearance to my eye. Despite their large size and weight, these earrings are comfortable to wear.
