This vintage royal blue 100% silk dress literally has star power – it is covered in intricate silver beads and sequins, and literally weaves a web in the nighttime sky to the stars. In fact – those stars are so bright and so dazzling that some of our pix actually blurred.. This tea-length dress features a scoop neckline trimmed in sequins, and what I’d call long “petal-edged” sleeves and and hem and comes with a long silk tie belt (wear it with or without the belt) with 9 rows of silver beads along the entire length. Each sleeve also has a large silver sequin star on each arm with silver “spider web” beading that radiates up and down the sleeve.
